New Year, New Goals.
I will elaborate on these in future posts. This coming year I look forward to achieving some tangible, measurable goals such as completing 10 consecutive, full, good form pull-ups, complete a bi-weekly photo project. Other things to look forward to in the upcoming year will be spending more time in God’s word, more time with family & friends and traveling all over this beautiful state we live in.
Faith, family, friends, fitness, photography – These are a few of my favorite things.
Over the years I’ve realized my passions in life revolve around few areas.
1. Faith
2. Family
3. Friends
4. Fitness
5. Photography

What’s important to you? Really!
Feel free to discuss in the comments or send a message on the contact page. What are you doing to improve on what’s important to you?
I feel like so often we just skate by life, not doing anything to better ourselves or those around us. All too often we’re content with what we have. That in and of itself is not necessarily bad. Sure, we shouldn’t want more than someone else out of jealousy. I believe that each of us can BE more than we are. Have you accomplished everything you’d like to?
Do you want to – get that promotion? shoot that deer that’s been getting away? Summit that mountain (literally or figuratively)?
Really we need to work for what we want to accomplish. Regardless of what it is, if you neglect something it will whither away. If you stop working out, your muscles will get smaller and you will be weaker.
If you want something and want it to be better as life goes on, you need to decide just exactly what is important to you, what needs to be done to improve in that area(s) and be intentional about it. You can’t just ignore something bad and it just will just go away. Ignoring something good just because it’s good (enough) will never make it better.
